I work primarily with women 55+, which means every body, history, and movement ability is different. Before scheduling any Movement Assessment or training session, I require a brief intake form so I can:

✔ Identify balance or mobility concerns early
✔ Respect medical considerations
✔ Create a personalized plan
✔ Reduce risk of injury
✔ Make sure we’re the right fit
This screening allows me to give you my full attention, expertise, and care — not a generic approach.
This is not about judgment.
It’s about protecting your body, your confidence, and your long-term independence.
