hi, I'm Amanda a functional strength trainer specializing in helping women 55+ build strength, improve balance,  and move without pain.

as someone who rebuilt my own health through strength training, I understand how intimidating  starting can feel.

my mission is to guide you safely, slowly, and confidently, so you can stay strong and independent for years to come.

At Gentle Strength Studio, safety always comes first.

I work primarily with women 55+, which means every body, history, and movement ability is different. Before scheduling any Movement Assessment or training session, I require a brief intake form so I can:

✔ Ensure exercises are safe for you
✔ Identify balance or mobility concerns early
✔ Respect medical considerations
✔ Create a personalized plan
✔ Reduce risk of injury
✔ Make sure we’re the right fit

This screening allows me to give you my full attention, expertise, and care — not a generic approach.

This is not about judgment.
It’s about protecting your body, your confidence, and your long-term independence.

Once your form is reviewed, I’ll personally reach out to guide you through the next step.
