• If any sessions or services were used during the 30‑day period, the cost of those sessions will be deducted from the refund or the refund will be prorated based on unused sessions.

• This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through Gentle Strength Studio LLC and does not cover third‑party bookings or products.

• You must be able to send a message in the Trainerize app so your refund request can be received and verified.
